  • How can I get a free estimate for my project?
    To receive a free estimate, visit our 'Free Estimate' page on our website. Fill out the contact form with your name, email, and phone number, and briefly describe your project. After submitting, we'll connect you with a Project Consultant within 1-2 business days. They'll discuss your project and send a digital estimate to your email. It's that easy to start transforming your outdoor space with Freedom Contractors!
  • Can I ask questions about my estimate?
    Absolutely! We understand that every project is unique, and you may have questions or require additional clarification. Our team is always available to discuss the estimate with you and address any concerns or queries you may have. Feel free to reach out to your project consultant to discuss the estimate and take the next steps in moving forward with your project.
  • What locations do you service?
    We service the Denver metropolitan area including the following locations: Aurora Castle Pines Castle Rock Centennial Golden Highlands Ranch Lakewood Littleton Parker Arvada Broomfield Thornton Brighton Larkspur Morrison Live nearby one of these areas and it's not listen here?   • Are you licensed and insured?
    Yes, Freedom Contractors carries $2 million General Liability Insurance and full Worker's Compensation coverage. Insurance documentation is available upon request. We are licensed General Contractors in nearly all municipalities in the Denver Metro Area, and our licenses are transferable to any new jurisdiction we have not previously worked in.
  • Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
    Yes. Upon contracting, we require a 10% down payment of your total project cost before our team will start planning and scheduling your project. Don't worry, payment terms are clearly defined within your contract. Why? 🧐 Commitment: It shows that you are serious about the project and helps secure the time and resources that we put into planning your project. Materials and Initial Work: It helps cover the costs of initial materials and labor. Risk Reduction: It reduces the risk for last minute contract cancellation or non-payment.
  • What are the full payment terms after I sign a contract?
    It depends on the scope of the project. Typically, we collect 3 to 5 payments during the course of construction. When you receive a proposal from us, it will clearly outline the terms of when payments are due. Freedom Contractors collects all payments through Quickbooks payments, so we always send you an electronic invoice that is payable online and you'll instantly receive a payment confirmation with receipt for your records.
  • Do I need HOA approval to build a deck, pergola, or patio cover?
    Yes, if you live in an HOA, you need their approval before starting a project with Freedom Contractors. Homeowners are responsible for obtaining all necessary HOA approvals before work begins. For more information, contact us at info@freedomcontractors.net.
